Good multiplies when we share it :)
Not everyone was lucky enough to be born as a free human being in a supportive environment. There are places in the world where the fate of people is doomed and miserable from the very beginning, because their bodies and lives are owned by... a customer-buyer.
Fortunately, there are organizations like the Odanadi Seva Trust that counteract human trafficking and help victims of the crime. In 2010, Odanadi initiated the Yoga Stops Traffick campaign, reaching the whole globe today. Once in a year, yoga teachers and schools invite people to free events supporting the trust's activities. One cycle of the Sun Salutation is a sequence of 10 movements linked flowy together. Every movement of the body is synchronized with proper phase of the breath (vinyasa). The 5 breaths of the sequence can be distributed in different ways, from easier forms to stronger ones. In this video, I suggested 6 options to choose from, but feel free to get inspired by them creating your own version:

Of course no one tells you to do all 108. Remember to observe yourself continuously during the practice. Be gentle, health is more important than achieving the goal. Your presence matters best :)
We'll meet on the mats at 2:30 PM. The main part - yogic sun salutations will start at around 2:45 PM. We will end with relaxation and summary at around 4:15 PM. The practice will be conducted by Michał Kudzia.
