Proste: systematyczno\u015bci\u0105.<\/p>\n<p>Je\u015bli 2 razy w tygodniu przychodzisz powygina\u0107 cia\u0142o na winjasie, to masz fitness. Je\u015bli 3 razy &#8211; te\u017c masz fitness. Fitness albo inaczej m\u00f3wi\u0105c &#8211; gimnastyk\u0119. Owszem, spalisz t\u0142uszcz, poprawisz wydolno\u015b\u0107, rozci\u0105gniesz si\u0119, wzmocnisz, mo\u017ce nauczysz si\u0119 lepiej skupia\u0107. To wszystko.<\/p>\n<p>Joga idzie dalej. Efektem s\u0105 g\u0142\u0119bokie zmiany zachodz\u0105ce w systemie nerwowym, a co za tym idzie &#8211; w umy\u015ble. Te zmiany nale\u017cy utrwala\u0107, kultywowa\u0107, piel\u0119gnowa\u0107. Regularnie, cz\u0119sto powtarza\u0107 nowe wzorce. Inaczej cofaj\u0105 si\u0119.<\/p>\n<p>Praktyka jogi rozpoczyna si\u0119 w momencie jej ugruntowania, ustabilizowania na poziomie 5 razy w tygodniu, bez wzgl\u0119du na okoliczno\u015bci przyrody. Dop\u00f3ki nie stanie si\u0119 rutyn\u0105, jak mycie z\u0119b\u00f3w, b\u0119dzie zabaw\u0105. I nic w tym z\u0142ego &#8211; zabawa jest konieczna by \u017cy\u0107 zdrowo i szcz\u0119\u015bliwie :-). Gdyby jednak ludzie myli z\u0119by raz na 2 dni, denty\u015bci mieliby nie po jednej, lecz po 3 wille, z helikopterem na dachu, w presti\u017cowej dzielnicy.<\/p>\n<p>Powod\u00f3w do unikania \u0107wicze\u0144 jest mn\u00f3stwo: boli g\u0142owa, boli noga, nie ma czasu, nie ma pieni\u0119dzy, pies zjad\u0142 karnet&#8230; cokolwiek. Ka\u017cdy pow\u00f3d jest r\u00f3wnie dobry, a sprytna pod\u015bwiadomo\u015b\u0107 spowoduje, \u017ceby kt\u00f3ry\u015b si\u0119 pojawi\u0142.<\/p>\n<p>Z tej perspektywy patrz\u0105c, w \u017cadnym ze swoich miejsc pracy nie prowadz\u0119 jeszcze zaj\u0119\u0107 jogi. Osoby, kt\u00f3re chc\u0105 si\u0119 rozwija\u0107, i tak pr\u0119dzej czy p\u00f3\u017aniej trafiaj\u0105 do szk\u00f3\u0142 jogi. Tam znajd\u0105 zaj\u0119cia, na kt\u00f3rych nauczyciel nie musi powtarza\u0107 podstaw. Je\u015bli kt\u00f3remu\u015b fitnesklubowi uda\u0142o si\u0119 zbudowa\u0107 grup\u0119 zaawansowan\u0105 jogi, to ch\u0119tnie si\u0119 dowiem jak i po ilu latach \ud83d\ude09<\/p>\n<p>Znacznie lepiej sytuacja wygl\u0105da w Samadhi Joga. Tutaj zaj\u0119cia mamy cz\u0119\u015bciej i, co bardzo wa\u017cne &#8211; o poranku! Teraz ju\u017c tylko samodyscyplina uczni\u00f3w determinuje ci\u0105g\u0142o\u015b\u0107, rozw\u00f3j, post\u0119p i mo\u017cliwo\u015b\u0107 wyodr\u0119bnienia w przysz\u0142o\u015bci zaj\u0119\u0107 w stylu <em>mysore<\/em>, o kt\u00f3re przecie\u017c tak naprawd\u0119 chodzi.
